By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

We provide digital interview guides, workbooks, subscription-based training, online educational content, and coaching services designed to support first responder candidates.

We provide educational material only.
We do not guarantee any applicant will be hired, promoted, or advance in any recruitment process.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee job placement, hiring, promotions, or interview outcomes.

• Results depend on your preparation, performance, background, agency needs, and numerous factors outside our control.

• All training is informational and educational only.

 

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription plans (including “Watch Commander™ Academy”) renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.

 

4. Digital Products

Digital products (guides, workbooks, downloads) are delivered electronically after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching packages may include:

• 1:1 coaching

• Mock interviews

• Resume review

• Personalized feedback

All coaching represents opinion-based guidance, not legal, psychological, or professional hiring advice.

Missed or canceled coaching sessions follow the cancellation policy visible at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by The Watch Commander™ LLC, including:

• Interview Guide

• Workbook

• W.A.T.C.H. Method™

• Course materials

• Branding, logos, and graphics

• Videos, templates, worksheets

• Written and digital content

You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials

• Redistribute digital products

• Use materials to create competing products or services

• Upload harmful or illegal content

• Interfere with website functionality

• Misuse community features or coaching sessions

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without refund.

 

8. Uploaded Content

Users may submit resumes, forms, surveys, or other documents.

By uploading, you grant us permission to review the materials solely for the purpose of providing coaching and training services.

We will not share these uploads with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Watch Commander™ LLC is not responsible for any hiring decisions made by agencies.

• We are not liable for lost opportunities, denied applications, background failures, or psychological exam outcomes.

• Your use of our training is at your sole risk.

• We make no warranty that our content will meet your expectations or that results are guaranteed.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Watch Commander™ LLC and its owner Eugene Bachonski from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Site

• Your reliance on training materials

• Any violation of these Terms

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms

• Abusive behavior

• Unauthorized sharing of content

• Fraudulent activity

Refunds will not be provided for terminated accounts.

 

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
